Getting Started with LMN Gro

What is LMN Gro?

LMN Gro is an all-in-one business management mobile app designed to help our landscape contractors Gro their business. Designed for landscapers on the go, Gro conveniently gives you the power to run your business from your smartphone or mobile device. With Gro you will be able to:

• • Store and manage client and lead information
  • Instantly build estimates and manage your jobs 
  • Schedule and assign jobs to crew members 
  • Track crew time and services for payroll and client billing 
  • Create fast and accurate invoices
  • Facilitate online payments 

How can I download the LMN Gro App?

Getting started with the Gro App is quick and easy! To download the app, follow the steps below:

1. Access Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple products) on your smartphone/tablet.
2. Search for LMN GRO, download and install the app.
3. Select the LMN GRO app from your list of apps and click the signup button to get started.

How do I create my account?

1. Open the LMN Gro app and tap the “Sign Up” button.
2. Fill in the fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
3. Check off the “I agree to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions” button & hit continue.
4. Fill in the Company Profile fields:
• Company Name
• Country
• Address (Optional)
• Website URL (Optional)
• Company Start Date (Optional)
• Number of team members

5. Select all of the services your company offers. *Note-Gro will use this information to populate your account with applicable Estimate and Service templates. If you are not sure which templates your company will find useful, you can select all of the service icons*
6. Tap on the Finish button.

I received an invitation code. How do I log in? 

If you are a staff member who has been invited to join the LMN Gro app, you will receive a code via email/text. Follow the instructions below to register:

1. Download the LMN Gro app and tap the Join Company button.
2. Enter the Invitation Code received via email/text.
3. Sign in.
