With Gro, you can use the templates feature to help you create quick and consistent estimates and jobs. Taking the time to set up your Service, Estimate Builder, and Header and Footer templates will save you time and effort when building your estimates in the future.
In the templates section, you will be able to create and customize your services, estimate builders and headers and footers.
How do I access my templates?
To access your templates, follow the steps below:
- Expand the Navigation Pane menu on the left-hand side
- Scroll down and tap on the Templates button
How do I customize my templates?
LMN Gro comes pre-loaded with customizable templates for your business. The templates shown on your account were chosen for you based on the company services you selected during your profile setup. For instance, if you selected Maintenance and Irrigation as services your company offers, your account will come loaded with Lawn Maintenance and Irrigation estimating templates.
These templates make it quick and easy to create an estimate. All you have to do is customize the details to match your business needs. To customize an existing template:
- Select Estimate Builder from the templates section in the Navigation Pane.
- On the Estimate Builder screen, click on the three-dot menu button to edit an existing template. (You can also use this option to copy or delete a template )
- Select Estimate with Estimate Builder and tap on any of the fields you wish to edit
- Hit Save.
