Connect to your Daily Dashboard directly from the Hamburger Menu:
Get the most out of Gro (If Profile and Settings is Incomplete)
This info message was incorporated to help with User onboarding and adoption. The User will derive a lot more benefit and functionality from Gro if these components of their profile and settings are completed.
What it is and How it works:
- “Get the Most Out of Gro” info message is displayed if user has any of the following data incomplete:
- Company logo is not uploaded
- Website field is empty
- There is no taxes that has been created in the current account by a user
- Merchant account is not connected
- Tapping on the info message will take user to the “Set Up Your Account” screen with the info messages describing steps required for account completion depending on which of the four components are incomplete.
- If User completes all action items on the “Set Up Your Account” screen, the message will not display
Overdue Invoices and Bulk Invoice Reminders
What it is and How it works:
- This info message indicates the total number of Overdue Invoices.
- Tapping on the info message will take user to the “Get Paid” screen where you can either send individual invoice reminders or a bulk invoice reminder using the ‘Remind All’ button
- Only overdue invoices that have been sent via the web form shall be displayed on the Get Paid screen.
- The Reminder will be sent to the same email thread of the invoice email
- Invoice tiles are sorted by age after the invoice due date...oldest to most recent
Estimates Approved Info Message
What it is and How it works:
- This info message indicates the total number of Approved Estimates
- Tapping on the info message will take user to the “Approved Estimates” screen where you can open each estimate if there are more than one approved estimate in the list
- If there is a single estimate that has been approved, tapping on the info message takes the User to the details of that approved estimate
- The Estimates Approved info message will stop displaying on the Dashboard when the User closes the info message using the ‘X’ button and the counter will be reset to zero
Declined Estimates
What it is and How it works:
- This info message indicates the total number of Declined Estimates
- Tapping on the info message will take user to the “Declined Estimates” screen where you can open each estimate if there are more than one declined estimate in the list
- If there is a single estimate that has been declined, tapping on the info message takes the User to the details of that declined estimate
- The Estimates Declined info message will stop displaying on the Dashboard when the User closes the info message using the ‘X’ button and the counter will be reset to zero
Pending Estimates haven’t received a response from the Client for more than 5 days
What it is and How it works:
- This info message indicates the total number of Pending Estimates where a client response has not been received for more that five days from the sent date
- Tapping on the info message will take user to the “Close Your Deals” screen where you can either send individual invoice reminders or a bulk invoice reminder using the ‘Remind All’ button
- If there is a single estimate that is pending, tapping on the info message takes the User to the details of that pending estimate
- The Estimates Pending info message will stop displaying on the Dashboard when the User closes the info message using the ‘X’ button and the counter will be reset to zero

What it is and How it works:
- This section shows the total number of visits, the total duration of those visits and the job names on the selected day for you and your staff
- Toggle into the past, present and future

What it is and How it works:
- Quick link CTA button that opens a timesheet directly from the Dashboard reducing the click count and a quick link CTA button that opens the scheduler where the User can view, edit, re-order visits or create a new visit directly from the Dashboard

What it is and How it works:
- Stay on top of the weather with the new weather app, which shows the weather, temperature and location
- Toggle into the past, present and future

What is it and How does it Work?
- Invited Users (Admin, Crew Lead & Sales/Estimator) can view certain parts of the Dashboard depending on their permissions in Settings

Insights (Analytics) Section:
What it is and How it works:
1. Set a Sales goal and benchmark your estimate needs against it
Yearly Estimate Goal = Yearly Sales Goal / Estimate Close Rate Goal (Estimate Close Rate shall be a decimal)
Actual Yearly Estimated Total = total of all estimates and jobs WHERE the estimate creation date >= Year Start Date
Actual Yearly Estimated %= estimated total % of the Yearly Estimate Goal. The % value shall be always whole. If the result of % calculation is not whole, the value shall be rounded to whole.
2. Estimating Analytics
Estimated = sum of estimate totals and jobs totals WHERE Estimate/Job creation date >= Year Start Date
Pending = sum of estimate totals WHERE Status is "Estimate" Estimate creation date >= Year Start Date
Sold= sum of job totalsWHERE Status is any (Pending/In Progress/Completed) Job sold date >= Year Start Date
Lost= sum of estimate totals WHERE Estimate status is "Lost" Estimate creation date >= Year Start Date
Close Rate % = (total number of jobs / (total number of jobs + total number of “Lost” estimates)) * 100 WHERE Estimate creation date/job creation date > = Year Start Date Job status is any (Pending/In Progress/Completed)
Donut chart shall display the Close Rate percentage where Total number of jobs = 100% Close Rate percentage see Close Rate %.
Goal% = User Set Close Rate Goal
% indicator = (Last 30 - last 30 to 60) / last 30 to 60
Green value = job total for the last 30 days before today Job sold date< (today - 30 days)
Grey value = job total for the last 30 to 60 days Job sold date < (today - 30 days) AND sold date > (today - 60 days)
** Each value in the estimate history = job totals for each 30 days during last 6 months.
** Curve shows the growth trend / downtrend based on values displayed in the estimates history.
3. Invoicing Analytics
- Set a Sales goal and benchmark your invoices against it
Yearly Invoiced Goal = Yearly Sales Goal
Actual Invoiced Total = invoiced total for invoices WHERE the invoice date => year start date
Actual Invoiced Total % = Actual Invoiced Total % of Yearly Sales Goal The % value shall be always whole. If the result of % calculation is not whole, the value shall be rounded to whole
Invoiced = sum of invoiced total for invoices WHERE Payment and invoice statuses are any Invoice date >= Year Start Date
Current = sum of due amount total for invoices WHERE: Payment status is NOT “BAD DEBT” Invoice date <= current date (today / yesterday / etc.) AND invoice date >= Year Start Date Due date => current date (today / tomorrow / etc.)
Overdue = sum of due amount total for invoices WHERE: Payment status is NOT “BAD DEBT” Due date < current date Invoice date >= Year Start Date
Due= sum of Current and Overdue
Total Paid = sum of payments' totals WHERE status = “Paid” AND invoice date >= Year Start Date
Payment Rate % = Total paid % of the invoiced total(total paid / invoice total) WHERE invoice date >= Year Start Date
Progress bar shall display the Paid Rate % where: Invoiced Total = 100%
Payment Rate = % of the invoiced total(total paid / invoice total)
% indicator = total paid for (last 30 - last 30 to 60) / total paid for the last 30 to 60
Green value = total paid for the last 30 days before today Payment date < today AND payment date> (today - 30 days)
Grey value = total paid for the last 30 to 60 days Payment date< (today - 30 days) AND payment date > (today - 60 days)

- Complete Profile Info

- Last Name
- Business Address (Start typing address and then select address when list automatically generates with address tool)
